Flowers and going out for brunch are thoughtful ways to celebrate mother’s day, but why not give something extra special.  Consider giving her a way to document and create a tangible memory of her family and children with a photography gift. Photos preserve memories, and are near and dear to our hearts.  Mother’s Day is quickly approaching and here are a few ideas to help you out!

  1. PRINTS: Online labs give you variety when looking to print some favorite images.  You can choose from prints on standard photo paper, metals, wood and canvas wraps, just to name a few. Check out some online labs. Here are a couple of my favorite: www.mpix.com and www.unitprints.com

  2. WALL DISPLAY OR COLLAGE: Grab a pre-made collage frame from a local craft/hobby store and fill them with mom’s favorite pictures. Create your own collage and wall arrangement by choosing frames and filling them with your images. If you do not want to deal with frames, consider arranging canvas wraps on your wall.

  3. FAMILY ALBUM OR BRAG BOOK: Create an album with your digital files showcasing shots of mom with various members of the family. Check out my blog on choosing an online print lab to help you get started http://www.nicolalevine.com/blogchoosing-an-online-print-lab

  4. FAMILY PHOTO SESSION: Consider gifting a Family Photo Session for your mom. Many times mom’s are the photographers in the family and are not in many of the pictures. This is an opportunity to document your entire family with beautiful quality images. As a BONUS for Mother’s Day, I am offering 15% off a Full Family Session if you book before MAY 12, 2019. 5. PHOTO EDUCATION: Do you have a mom who has an interest in photography and might want to learn more about her camera? Maybe she would enjoy a 1:1 TUTORING SESSION? I can help you out with this too!
